International meetings with trade associations about best practices exchanges, market situation and opportunities for collaboration, studios looking for co-productions or work for hire, service providers and schools looking for internships in studios for their students.

Round tables between organizations representatives from France, Japan, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, ... about best practices exchanges, market situation and opportunities for collaboration
COPRODUCTION MARKET IN COLLABORATION WITH SPIELFABRIQUE
Pitch sessions of 15 minutes from Belgian and international video game studios looking for co-productions or work for hire, followed by 1-1 meetings with a matchmaking app in the meeting area.
GAME DEV SCHOOLS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Students from Belgium game dev schools have up to 3 months internship to do. Matchmaking with Belgians and international studios, presentation of Belgian schools and training centers curriculum.
INDUSTRY SERVICE PROVIDERS PRESENTATIONS
Companies offering services like tech solutions, marketing agencies, data analytics… will present themselves to the audience.
PLAY TIME
Belgian and international games of the participant studios will be available in the play zone throughout the day.
NETWORKING DRINK
All participants are invited to try Belgian beers (softs also available) in the Brasserie from 7 pm.

BUSINESS MEETINGS
FRIDAY 25/10 From 9 am to 8 pm
After the success of the last edition in 2023, the Business meetings are back as part of the Meet & Build 2024.
About 20 international publishers as well as the most important Belgian public and private investment organizations are expected to attend.
All playable games will be available in the play zone throughout the day.
1. To take part in the Meet & Build 2024 Business Meetings, you must either be a video game studio member of a Belgian industry association forming Belgian Games (FLEGA, games.brussels and WALGA), or be invited by the Meet & Build organizers or one of our partners. If you're part of an international delegation or an individual taking part in the three-day program, you will receive automatically the access to the Business Meetings.
2. If you meet the conditions in point 1 and are an established studio with at least one first game released, we'll share with you the information you need to buy your ticket giving you access to the event and to the investors' meetings app.
3. If you meet the requirements of point 1 and are developing your first video game as a start-up, your application will be submitted to a selection committee.

SATURDAY 26/10 From 10 am to 8 pm
+ 20 conferences and round-table discussions with International and Belgian speakers in 4 thematic rooms : Art & Creativity, Tech & Production, Business & Marketing, Culture & Society.
The main objective is to share the experiences and knowledge of the different professionals invited as speakers.
2023 SPECIAL GUEST : FRANCE
Speakers from French studios, schools and associations will share their expertise on different topics.
A selection of playable games from France will be available in the play zone throughout the day.
NEW ! LIVE STREAMING SESSION
A 4-hour live streaming session featuring renowned Belgian and French streamers - on stage and on Twitch - will present a selection of the games participating in the three days of Meet & Build 2023.
