Delegation from Greece
Who will be part of it ?
This year, we are happy to welcome a delegation from the Greece. Two indie, Traptics (Mike Papagathangelou, Game designer) and Tall Guy (Konstantinos Vasileiadis, CEO), will be present. As a board member of GDA Greece, Konstantinos Vasileiadis will represent the association as weel and give a presentation about the video game ecosystem in Greece on Thursday.
GDA Greece
The Game Developer Association of Greece is a collective initiative for the development and evolution of the game dev industry in Greece. Despite the presence of plenty of professional game devs in Greece, even more amateurs, as well as Greek game devs abroad, past collective initiatives have been few and far between, and the Association is filling this need.
Traptics - Homeseek
Traptics is a small game development studio located in Athens, Greece. They started their team back in 2012, and since then they have developed several games for PC, Mac, Linux, Android, IOS, Windows phone, browser and Facebook. Currently, they are developing their game Homeseek is a post-apocalyptic survival RTS set on a dystopian, resource-strapped Earth at the beginning of the next century. In a dried-up wasteland where water has become the new gold, every choice becomes life or death. With your guidance, survival just might be within reach.
Apotheorasis • Lab of the Blind Gods is a first person 3D action thriller without any graphics or UI. Navigation, combat, traps are all played by ear. Designed, developed and directed the entire project, outsourcing just the voice acting.
