Who will be part of it ?

This year, we are happy to welcome a delegation from the Greece. Two indie, Traptics (Mike Papagathangelou, Game designer) and Tall Guy (Konstantinos Vasileiadis, CEO), will be present. As a board member of GDA Greece, Konstantinos Vasileiadis will represent the association as weel and give a presentation about the video game ecosystem in Greece on Thursday.

GDA Greece

The Game Developer Association of Greece is a collective initiative for the development and evolution of the game dev industry in Greece. Despite the presence of plenty of professional game devs in Greece, even more amateurs, as well as Greek game devs abroad, past collective initiatives have been few and far between, and the Association is filling this need.

Traptics - Xenopurge

Traptics is a small game development studio located in Athens, Greece. They started their team back in 2012, and since then they have developed several games for PC, Mac, Linux, Android, IOS, Windows phone, browser and Facebook. Currently, they are developing their game Xenopurge. Its is a commander simulator combined with an auto-battler and a dash of horror.
Players can edit the group of their xenos-hunting marines in several ways, the most important being their AI customization. Explore randomly generated space hulks and develop your party in a space-focused, highly replayable survival experience.
Collect commands, customize your party’s AI, edit their equipment, and send them to explore alien-infested space hulks.

Tall Guy - Apotheorasis • Lab of the Blind Gods

Apotheorasis • Lab of the Blind Gods is a first person 3D action thriller without any graphics or UI. Navigation, combat, traps are all played by ear. Designed, developed and directed the entire project, outsourcing just the voice acting.

This year, we are happy to welcome a delegation from Albania. Two indie studios, Tika Studios and Outerlynx, will be attending, joined by Sindi Breshani, Co-founder of Episod Studio.

Tika Studios - Carnival of souls

Carnival of souls is a first person survival shooter with rouge-lite elements. The player needs to survive hordes of enemies coming in waves, and in between each wave the player needs to cash out any points collected during the round so they can buy upgrades to make themselves stronger for the next waves to come.

Outerlynx - Brisk Square

Brisk Square : « Future! In the wake of a cataclysm! You are the prey in a world full of hunters. Run, overpower them and free the violent streets in this intensively fast-paced cyber adventure. Be the last stand in an infinite run gameplay by starting with a simple blade and evolve to unlock more advanced weapons. »

Diktatura is a narrative driven game that explores life under a totalitarian regime, constructed on the real stories of nine individuals who experienced the Albanian dictatorship.

Five Croatian indie studios will be attending, joined by Benjamin Noah Maričak, Head of Video Games and New Technologies in the Office of the Chief Executive (CEO) at the Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC). As an employee of the SCP Foundation, the player must assess artificially developed paranormal events. Solve puzzles, interact with anomalies and reveal the secrets of the Replication Division.

Tiny Meow Studio - Bura: The Way the Wind Blow

Tiny Meow Studio is a Small indie game studio founded by a few cool cats from Croatia. Their mission is to make wholesome games for wholesome people. Inspired by the old Adriatic folklore tales and deep messages by the Studio Ghibli movies, Bura: The Way the Wind Blows blends fun exploration of nature and its spirits with nostalgic feelings you have forgotten in this busy life.
